What You’ll Do

• Own the safe and efficient operation of reactor systems and supporting equipment, ensuring production meets quality and safety standards while supporting continuous improvement.
• Operate automated production equipment, monitor process performance, complete routine inspections and maintenance tasks, and accurately document production activities.
• Identify deviations and improvement opportunities, actively contributing to operational excellence and reliability across the site.

• Safety‑focused, dependable production operator who takes pride in equipment ownership and product quality.
• Thrives in a manufacturing environment, comfortable working night shifts, motivated to build technical knowledge, including process chemistry.
• Takes accountability for your work, communicates effectively, contributes to a culture of continuous improvement.

You’ll Also Need

• Experience as a production or manufacturing operator; experience with automated equipment is an asset.
• Forklift experience is an asset.
• Ability to perform physical tasks, including bending and lifting up to 50 lbs.
• Willingness to develop a working knowledge of process chemistry.
• Availability to work scheduled weekend night shifts.
