What You’ll Do
- Own the safe and efficient operation of reactor systems and supporting equipment, ensuring production meets quality and safety standards while supporting continuous improvement.
- Operate automated production equipment, monitor process performance, complete routine inspections and maintenance tasks, and accurately document production activities.
- Identify deviations and improvement opportunities, actively contributing to operational excellence and reliability across the site.

- Safety‑focused, dependable production operator who takes pride in equipment ownership and product quality.
- Thrives in a manufacturing environment, comfortable working night shifts, motivated to build technical knowledge, including process chemistry.
- Takes accountability for your work, communicates effectively, contributes to a culture of continuous improvement.
You’ll Also Need
- Experience as a production or manufacturing operator; experience with automated equipment is an asset.
- Forklift experience is an asset.
- Ability to perform physical tasks, including bending and lifting up to 50 lbs.
- Willingness to develop a working knowledge of process chemistry.
- Availability to work scheduled weekend night shifts.
