About the role

Our Seattle, WA facility is an integral part of our Beverage division, specializing in the production of sweet syrups and sauce variations for Kerry customers and brands. This state-of-the-art production site features advanced technology and a collaborative team environment, where employees are encouraged to support one another's success. Responsibilities

  • Operate and monitor automated labeling equipment efficiently and safely.
  • Maintain a clean and organized workspace, following established sanitation guidelines.
  • Adhere to all quality, food safety, and labeling standards, including Good Manufacturing Practices (GMPs).
  • Accurately record required production and quality data.
  • Identify and address equipment or product issues promptly.
  • Support a safe work environment by following safety protocols and PPE requirements.
  • Participate in environmental initiatives and workplace safety programs.
  • Lift up to 50 lbs. as needed.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent; must be at least 18 years old.
  • Experience in food or chemical manufacturing preferred (1 year).
  • Prior operation and certification with electric pallet jacks and lift trucks preferred (6 months).
  • Experience with inventory management, RF scanners, cycle counting, and SAP software is a plus.
  • Ability to accurately prepare, receive, and ship orders following customer, company, and regulatory standards.
  • Strong attendance, flexibility for overtime, and commitment to safety and GMPs, including PPE usage.
  • Attention to detail, math and analytical skills, and ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
  • Ability to complete required certifications and promptly report food safety or quality concerns.

Pay

$27.29 per hour.

Schedule

3:00 PM – 1:30 AM, Monday – Thursday with overtime on Friday.
