Production Operator - Multiple Shifts!!

About the role

Phillips Medisize, a Molex Company, is an end‑to‑end provider of innovation, development, and manufacturing solutions to the pharmaceutical, diagnostics and medical device industries. Our Phillips, WI location is seeking Production Operators to support manufacturing of injection‑molded parts and assembly.

Responsibilities

• Operate and maintain injection molding presses with expertise.
• Synchronize operations with hot stampers, paint machines, pad printers, assembly machines, and related machinery to ensure optimal performance.
• Conduct thorough visual, in‑process, and final inspections of parts, ensuring they are free from contamination.
• Accurately complete and maintain all necessary checklists and documentation.
• Follow operator guides and work instructions with precision.
• Trim and package parts as per detailed instructions, ensuring quality and consistency.
• Effectively communicate job status across shifts and collaborate with Mold Technicians to address issues or process variations.
• Maintain records and documentation.
• Actively participate in setting and achieving departmental goals and expectations.
• Perform administrative tasks such as email communication, data entry, and document creation efficiently using a computer.

Qualifications

• Legal authorization to work permanently in the United States for any employer without requiring a visa transfer or sponsorship.
• Proof of U.S. citizenship, lawful permanent resident status, or eligibility for an export authorization under ITAR/Export Administration Regulations.
• At least one (1) year of experience in an industrial or manufacturing environment.

Pay

• $250 sign‑on bonus.
• Shift differentials:
  • 2nd shift (Mon‑Fri 3 pm‑11 pm): 8% differential.
  • 3rd shift (Sun‑Fri 11 pm‑7 am): 12% differential.
  • Weekend days (5 am‑5 pm): 8% differential.
  • Weekend nights (5 pm‑5 am): 14% differential.

Schedule

• 2nd shift: Monday – Friday, 3 pm – 11 pm.
• 3rd shift: Sunday – Friday, 11 pm – 7 am.
• Weekend days: 5 am – 5 pm.
• Weekend nights: 5 pm – 5 am.
