Production Operator

Essential Functions

• Prep-work of parts
• Masking parts
• Grit blasting of parts
• Finishing of parts
• Cleaning of parts
• Passivation of parts
• Continuously monitor process, keeping the production output within the required tolerances
• Keep the tooling clean and ready to operate
• Assist and perform duties as assigned by Production Manager
• Use calibrated instruments to perform critical measurements

Work Environment

This job operates in a manufacturing environment. The individual will be required to adhere to safety policies and procedures on the manufacturing floor.

Position Type/Expected Hours of Work

This is a full-time position, at least 8 hours of work per day Monday thru Friday, some overtime as business needs change. Willing to work flexible shifts, overtime, and weekends, if necessary.

Required Education and Experience

• A High School Diploma
• Able to work in a fast paced environment
• Detail oriented
• Must be able to plan, prioritize, and perform work in an efficient manner to meet schedules
• Willing to work flexible shifts, overtime, and weekends if necessary
• Able to lift at least 50lbs
