Production Operator Job

About the role

Bostik is seeking Production Operators for 3rd Shift (11 PM – 7 AM, with overtime as needed). This role offers stable work, hands-on training, and a supportive team environment where safety comes first. Key Responsibilities

• Operate equipment including Mixers, Blenders, Packaging lines, Forklifts, Palletizers and Basic Hand Tools
• Follow process batch sheets to produce quality products
• Participate in Bostik's Safety programs to achieve objective of safe behavior and Zero Incidents
• Work with the Team to meet plant/shift objectives
• Follow all plant policies and procedures

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or Equivalency required
• Some technical training or college preferred
• Industrial process maintenance experience highly valued
• Experience preferred but not required
• Good written, verbal, and communication skills
• Basic computer skills

Pay & Benefits

• Earn up to $21.50/hr + Shift Differential
• $2,500 Sign-On Bonus
