Responsibilities

• Operate automated production equipment
• Diagnose and address machinery failures
• Aid in preventative maintenance
• Sanitize related equipment
• Maintain a safe work environment
• Master enterprise software for data input and reporting
• Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
• Train and operate multiple types of production equipment
• Maintain clean, organized work areas
• Set up and monitor equipment according to established standards and safety procedures

Requirements

• Two (2) or more years of related experience
• High School diploma or equivalency plus technical certification course (e.g., HVAC, auto maintenance/repair)
• Equivalent military training, other related technical training, or 45 college credit hours
• Completion of the AIB “Science of Baking” course
