Job Overview
The Assembler position at TE Connectivity involves performing diversified soldering operations, assembly tasks, and quality checks on various products. The role requires strong teamwork skills and the ability to train others.
Job Requirements
- Perform diversified soldering operation, including torch and iron soldering.
- Assemble a variety of products with close tolerances and interrelated factors.
- Read blueprints, wire schematics, and utilize various measurement instruments to ensure compliance with quality specifications.
- Finish relays with nameplates, decals, hardware, stamps, and perform touch-up painting and packing/shipping duties.
- Operate in a team environment, share responsibilities, solve problems collaboratively, and accept accountability.
- Operate all equipment required for assembly.
What your background should look like
- A high school diploma or GED.
- Eligible to work under ITAR compliance.
- Minimum of 2 years of hands-on manufacturing experience in soldering.
- Completed ESD training and solder certification J-STD-001 is preferred.
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints and wire schematics accurately.
- Proficient in the safe and correct use of measuring instruments, hand tools, soldering irons, and power tools.

Compensation
- Competitive base salary commensurate with experience: $43,950 – $48,339 (subject to change dependent on physical location).
- Total Compensation = Base Salary + Incentive(s) + Benefits.
