Responsibilities

• Solder through hole, surface mount, jumpers, and complex wiring on circuit card assemblies and other electro‑mechanical devices under a microscope.
• Assembles, disassembles, and modifies various production subassemblies by following work plans.
• Inspects results to ensure conformance to IPC‑610/620 standards.

Requirements

• High School Diploma / GED OR 4 years of manufacturing experience.
• 3+ years of experience in assembly and soldering.

Qualifications

• Certifications: IPC‑A‑610 or J‑STD‑001.
• Experience with semi‑rigid components (preferred).

Pay

Full‑time salary range: $52,841 – $84,545. Includes a $3,000 sign‑on bonus.

Schedule

Full‑time, on‑site, 1st shift with a 9/80 work schedule (every other Friday off). Work performed 100% of the time at a BAE Systems facility.
