Production Operator III

Qualifications

• Demonstrated ability to work effectively in a team setting to reach common goals.
• Understands and works within specified Quality procedures.
• Operates required packaging equipment and completes instrument packaging.
• Performs standard material handling functions for instrument raw materials and sub-assemblies.
• Manages frequent assignment changes.

Responsibilities

• Manufacture medical instruments under general supervision.
• Work independently on routine duties, including operating a variety of production equipment and following manufacturing procedures.
• Conduct all activities to comply with Safety and Quality Standards and Human Resource Policies and Procedures.
• Perform tests on sub-assemblies using test tools and established procedures.
• Use and interpret moderate to complex drawings, including performing addition and subtraction of fractional values.
• Identify most electrical, electronic, and mechanical components from engineering drawings and sketches.
• Perform point-to-point wiring on sub-assemblies and instruments, correct use of a variety of manual, electric, and pneumatic tools, and set torque values on applicable tools from specifications or drawings.
• Complete transactional paperwork accurately and completely.
