Production Operator II - Day Shift

About the role

As a Production Operator II at Pall Corporation, you will be proficient in the set-up, start-up, continuous operation, and shutdown of assigned manufacturing equipment and processes. This on-site position is located in Putnam, CT, and reports to the Value Stream Leader within the Production Operations department.

Responsibilities

• Operate production equipment to manufacture product per standard work.
• Follow a weekly schedule and communicate potential production issues to the manager in a timely manner.
• Complete all documentation and follow all Good Documentation Practices (GDP) guidelines related to manufacturing processes.
• Adhere to safety and quality compliance practices and procedures, including OSHA, cGMP, ISO 9001, and ISO 14000 requirements.

Requirements

• High school diploma or General Equivalency Diploma (GED) with 2+ years of manufacturing experience.
• Ability to push, pull, and lift up to 50 lbs.
• Ability to go up and down stairs to operate equipment.
• Basic math and computer skills.
• Ability to lift, move, or carry equipment up to 50 lbs or meet other physical requirements of the role.

Qualifications (Preferred)

• Experience in an ISO or cGMP environment.

Pay

The hourly range for this role is $19.00 - $21.00. In addition to the base rate, there is a 10% shift differential. This role is also eligible for bonus/incentive pay.

Schedule

Shift Hours: Monday - Wednesday, 6:00 AM - 6:30 PM; Thursday, 6:00 AM - 2:30 PM.
