Production Operator II - Coating, 3rd Shift (D1260)

About the role

The Production Coating Operator position is 3rd Shift: 10:00 PM - 6:30 AM. This role is located at the Decatur, AR manufacturing plant.

Responsibilities

• Set-up, operate and disassemble processing equipment in accordance with Standard Operating Procedures and Good Manufacturing Practices (GMPs).
• Troubleshoot equipment as needed.
• Maintain cleanliness throughout the work shift.
• Completes in-process quality checks on a periodic basis on representative samples to ensure that product is correctly produced/packaged.
• Changeover/sets up machine for run by loading product, components, printer material, etc.; adjusting settings; checking the line; and obtaining line clearance to prepare equipment for next run.
• Follows and holds others accountable for following all company GMPs.

Qualifications

• Ability to lift 35 – 50 pounds.
• Prior experience in production environment, preferably food or beverage manufacturing.
