Production Operator II

Responsibilities

• Gather parts, subassemblies, tools, and materials required for electronic components.
• Assemble components, ensuring correct fit and fastening of parts and subassemblies.
• Test electronic components for continuity.
• Maintain a clean and organized workspace.
• Perform quality assurance checks throughout the assembly process.
• Record production and quality data.
• Train junior‑level operators.
• Participate in Tier Board meetings.

Requirements

• Previous experience with part assembly, cleaning, and repair.
• Extreme attention to detail.
• 5S experience (asset).
• Ability to cross‑train on different products.
• Desire for a long‑term position with ample growth opportunities.

Schedule

Four 10‑hour shifts per week as needed.
