Your responsibilities
- Operate production equipment and perform minor maintenance, adjustments, and troubleshooting to ensure optimal performance.
- Follow all safety guidelines and procedures, conduct safety observations, and participate in EHS programs and audits.
- Execute manufacturing processes per SOPs, including material preparation, batching, and in-process quality checks.
- Maintain accurate production records, including batch data, test results, and equipment logs.
- Collaborate with team members to meet production goals, complete equipment changeovers, and report issues or discrepancies promptly.
The experience we're looking for
- 1+ years of experience in a manufacturing or production environment operating industrial equipment.
- Experience troubleshooting equipment issues to minimize downtime and maintain production flow.
- Background in completing batch records, production logs, and quality documentation accurately.
- Experience with material handling, batching processes, and monitoring production conditions.
- Proven ability to work in team-based environments and support training of new or temporary operators.
The skills for success
- Experience operating and troubleshooting manufacturing equipment to maintain consistent production performance.
- Knowledge of GMP, ISO standards, and safety protocols including PPE, Lockout/Tagout, and EHS practices.
- Strong ability to complete batch records and production documentation with accuracy and attention to detail.
- Familiarity with material handling, batching processes, and monitoring process parameters (temperature, pressure, etc.).
- Effective communication and teamwork skills, with experience training new operators and using electronic systems for data entry and reporting.
