Position Overview

Position Responsibilities

• Pan Machine Operator: Set up all equipment according to established standards, ensuring an even continuous flow of pans into the pan-o-mat. Ensure proper stacking of pans and storage in designated areas.
• Divider Operator: Operate dough pump/kneader, divider, rounder, and overhead proofer to obtain desired dough piece size and production speed. Set up divider and ensure proper weight and speed on each variety according to standards. Assist in mixing dough.
• Moulder Operator: Set up all equipment according to established standards, ensuring dough pieces are proper size and length. Ensure proper sheeting, moulding, and panning per production standards. Remove all double dough pieces from pans.
• Coating/Prep Control Operator: Ensure proper preparation of icings according to formula and scheduled standards. Monitor icing roller or T bar to ensure product is properly covered. Record icing mix confirmations in Enterprise software.

Preferred Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalency
• Successful completion of a technical certification course (e.g., HVAC, auto maintenance/repair)
• Equivalent military training, other related technical training, or at least 45 college credit hours

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Technical certification course in baking or related field
• Ability to operate automated production equipment
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow procedures
• Basic computer skills, including proficiency with Enterprise software

$24.73 per hour
