Essential Job Functions
- Must adhere to all safe work practices and rules.
- Performs tasks associated with general production processes.
- Processes raw materials, delivers supplies and components to appropriate workstations.
- Palletizes finished products.
- Practices 6S and maintains cleanliness of work areas and floors.
- Affords assistance to machine operators and Team Leaders when necessary.
- Reports immediately any safety or maintenance concerns to appropriate team leaders.
- Operates basic machinery.
- Completes required paperwork accurately.
Education & Experience
- High School Diploma or GED required.
- Will learn basic set-ups and the 6S process.
- Two years of experience as a Production Operator preferred, but not required.
- No related experience required.
- May be paired with another qualified Manufacturing Operator for training and guidance.
- Learns the responsibilities of being a team member and collaborates primarily within the immediate work unit.
