Production Operator
We are looking for a Production Operator to join our Greenville, TX team. This role involves operating various equipment to produce products that meet company standards, adhering to safety protocols, and performing quality checks.
Employee Specifications
- Operate various equipment in accordance with safety and production standards
- Review production documents to confirm product compliance with specifications
- Adjust processes when necessary to meet quality specifications
- Conduct general/basic maintenance on equipment
- Troubleshoot issues with equipment
- Clean and sanitize equipment as needed
- Enter information into computer systems
Requirements
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Associate’s degree in Process Technology or other Industrial/technical skill
- 3-5 years’ experience in an industrial plant
- 1-2 years’ experience in production of chemicals
- Previous experience using SAP
- Previous experience in forklift operation
- Ability to work 8 to 12 hours per shift standing, moving throughout facility
- Fluency in English
- Ability to utilize a computer and associated software
- Ability to lift to 50lbs independently consistently throughout shift
- Must be at least 18 years of age

- The U.S. base salary range reasonably expected to be paid for this position is $20.82 per hour, with a shift differential for 3rd shift
