A Day in the Life

  • Operate production equipment and address mechanical issues
  • Perform quality tests and maintain accurate records
  • Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • 1+ year of basic knowledge of machinery preferred
  • Experience with production equipment is a plus
  • Familiarity with quality testing

Qualifications, Skills & Abilities

  • Basic math skills including use of formulas, decimals, and fractions
  • Knowledge of simple measuring devices
  • Ability to stand continuously for an 8-hour period
  • Ability to lift 40 lbs.

Physical Requirements & Work Environment

  • Able to lift 40 lbs. without assistance
  • Adherence to all Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) Safety Standards
  • Loud Noises (Equipment/Machinery)
  • Some degree of PPE (Personal Protective Equipment) required (safety glasses, gowning, gloves, lab coat, ear plugs, etc.)
  • Standing for full shift
  • This role entails standing for long periods, operating machinery, and handling materials in a dynamic and sometimes fast-paced environment

Pay

The hourly pay range estimated for this position based in Connecticut is $20.00–$23.00. This position may also be eligible to receive a variable annual bonus based on company, team, and/or individual performance results in accordance with company policy.
