A Day in the Life
- Operate production equipment and address mechanical issues
- Perform quality tests and maintain accurate records
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- 1+ year of basic knowledge of machinery preferred
- Experience with production equipment is a plus
- Familiarity with quality testing
Qualifications, Skills & Abilities
- Basic math skills including use of formulas, decimals, and fractions
- Knowledge of simple measuring devices
- Ability to stand continuously for an 8-hour period
- Ability to lift 40 lbs.
Physical Requirements & Work Environment
- Able to lift 40 lbs. without assistance
- Adherence to all Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) Safety Standards
- Loud Noises (Equipment/Machinery)
- Some degree of PPE (Personal Protective Equipment) required (safety glasses, gowning, gloves, lab coat, ear plugs, etc.)
- Standing for full shift
- This role entails standing for long periods, operating machinery, and handling materials in a dynamic and sometimes fast-paced environment
Pay
The hourly pay range estimated for this position based in Connecticut is $20.00–$23.00. This position may also be eligible to receive a variable annual bonus based on company, team, and/or individual performance results in accordance with company policy.
