Production Operator - First Shift

Main Duties And Responsibilities

• Run machines, assemble components, and final assemble products.
• Test parts as assigned.
• Move between different tasks, including standing and sitting for varying periods.
• Frequent lifting of up to 20 lbs required.
• Operate solder irons, air drivers, potting equipment, electrical pass-fail test equipment, and other similar tools.
• Work with chemicals such as flux, solder, epoxy, adhesives, silastics, and others.
• Maintain required charts and graphs.
• Become familiar with Material Safety Data Sheets (MSDS).
• Read and sign process specifications related to work assignments.
• Keep workstations neat and clean.

Qualifications

• A high school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Reliable attendance and punctuality are essential.
• Overtime may be required.
