Production Operator - Bottling

The Role & Your Impact This is an operational, hands‑on role where your daily work directly supports safe, efficient, and high‑quality production. As a Production Associate in Bottling, you will help prepare, operate, and support automated equipment used to fill, cap, label, and carton probiotic products. Your key responsibilities include: Supporting set‑up technicians in preparing machines for operationEnsuring proper sanitation of all machine parts and componentsUnderstanding the role and basic function of each machine in the processHandling raw materials, from probiotic capsules to cardboard shipping boxesAssisting teammates as needed to keep production running smoothly and safely What You’ll Need To Be Successful To perform this role safely and effectively, you’ll need: A high school diploma or equivalentAbility to read and write English to understand product specifications and instructionsBasic understanding of general mechanical functions of machinesAbility to stand and/or walk for the majority of a 12‑hour shift when requiredA safety‑minded, reliable approach to day‑to‑day work in a production environment Additional Skills & Interests We Value While not required, the following can be helpful: Prior experience in manufacturing, production, or packaging environmentsFamiliarity with sanitation or GMP‑style processesInterest in learning how automated production equipment worksA positive attitude and willingness to pitch in wherever the team needs support What We Offer At Novonesis, you’ll be part of a collaborative production team where everyone’s contribution matters.
