Production Operator (Blue Nights)

Essential Responsibilities

• Monitor and report any deviation from the Food Safety & Food Quality program.
• Operate and perform CIP of half gallon & gallon filling equipment and protocols.
• Maintain proper customer carton supply following script without interfering with production and efficiencies.
• Perform Dye checks and sanitize tanks every hour.
• Perform case packer and blow mold duties and palletize as required.
• Maintain constant communication with lab, processing and case packers.
• Complete all required documentation.

Physical Requirements

• Standing, walking, climbing, repetitive bending, repetitive stooping, repetitive reaching with arms and repetitive grasping with hands and fingers.
• Must be able to lift up to 30 pounds frequently and up to 50 pounds occasionally.
• Must work safely in a fast-paced environment working around production machines, warehouse equipment, forklifts, large trucks and tankers.
