Production Operator - B Crew

Responsibilities

• Ensure adherence to safety standards (V5000, TS16949, IATF 16949, ISO 14001, Ohio OHSAS18001) using QRQC methodology.
• Understand and follow safety working instructions, PPE requirements, and maintain 5S rules.
• Conduct first-level maintenance (PMs) and first piece inspections at the start of each shift.
• Ensure flexibility and multiskilling within the Autonomous Production Unit (APU) and verify accuracy of visual display requirements.
• Detect and address deviations from safety, quality, and efficiency standards, applying appropriate reactivity procedures.
• Participate in immediate containment actions and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Engage in 5-minute APU meetings and VPS workshops for continuous improvement.
• Maintain cleanliness and safety of workstations.
• Communicate supplies shortages to the team lead at the beginning, during, and after shifts.
