About the Role
Support flavor production in a GMP-compliant environment by weighing, blending, and processing solid and liquid flavors. Follow SOPs and shop floor papers to ensure accurate manufacturing, maintain cleanliness, and operate equipment safely.
Responsibilities
- Compound flavors following SOPs
- Maintain safety and cleanliness standards
- Manage inventory and replenish materials as needed
- Process QC samples
- Support cross-training and team collaboration
- Collaborate with team members to solve problems
Requirements
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- At least 2 years of chemical process manufacturing experience, preferably in food or flavor production
- Proficiency in accurate weighing (to 0.001 grams)
- Basic math, reading, and computer skills
- Ability to operate mechanical equipment
- Ability to wear respirators and lift heavy containers
Qualifications & Skills
- Prior experience with powders, SAP, and flavor compounding is a plus
- Strong attention to safety, quality, and detail
Schedule
Role supports 2nd and 3rd shifts, with overtime as needed.
