Main Responsibilities
- Set Up and Operate Machines
- Follow Specification for Insulation Wire
- Inspect Finished Products and Testing
- Maintain Work Area Clean
- Comply with PPE and Safety Requirements
Additional Responsibilities
- Inspect product diameter
- Set tape overlap and registration
- Monitor product packaging
- Tag and identify finished products
- Utilize material handling equipment
- Operate welding and swaging devices
- Perform safety inspections
- Maintain material supply
- Record production data
Qualifications
- Manufacturing Experience: Minimum of 2 years of recent manufacturing experience, with at least 3 years of total related experience
- High School Diploma – GED
- Knowledge of safety, distribution, and manufacturing best practices
- Mechanical and hands-on experience with basic hand tools and measuring devices, verified through work history and references
- Candidates with a strong work ethic, reliability, and a demonstrated commitment to professional growth in a manufacturing setting preferred
- Candidates with warehouse/forklift certification preferred
