Production Operator

What You'll Do

• Aid with machine setup, order changeovers, and production support activities
• Bag, box, label, and palletize finished products
• Perform quality inspections and product checks
• Complete production logs and documentation accurately
• Operate scrap grinders and support recycling initiatives
• Follow all safety, housekeeping, and food safety procedures

What We're Looking For

• Successful completion of Packer I and Production Operator I assessments (Forming or Printing)
• Ability to read, understand, and follow safety and operating instructions
• Basic math and measurement skills
• Occasional lifting up to 50 pounds
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, manufacturing environment with elevated noise levels
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality

Department Information – Thermoforming

• Starting Pay: $18.00 per hour
• Available Shifts: A Shift (12:00 a.m. – 8:00 a.m.)
• Shift Differential: Earn an additional $1.00 per hour for hours worked between 4:00 p.m. and 8:00 a.m.
• Breaks & Benefits: Two paid 15-minute breaks, one paid 30-minute lunch break, opportunities to develop manufacturing skills and grow within the organization, work with a team committed to safety, quality, and continuous improvement

Important

Team members must be clocked in and ready to participate in the daily shift meeting 15 minutes before their scheduled shift start time.
