Responsibilities
- Pre-weigh production batches accurately by following shop floor instructions and process orders
- Verify materials and quantities to ensure compliance with production and quality standards
- Complete timely backflushing of materials to maintain inventory accuracy in SAP
- Operate electric and/or gas sit-down forklifts and electric reach trucks as required
- Maintain high standards of GMP, HACCP, sanitation, and workplace safety
- Push/pull drums up to 400 lbs and lift bags up to 50 lbs using proper techniques
- Work independently during off-shift hours and respond effectively to unexpected situations
- Participate actively in cross-training to support team flexibility and coverage
Requirements
- High school diploma or GED required
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, team-based manufacturing environment
- Comfortable working occasional weekends or alternative schedules as needed
- Ability to accurately weigh ingredients using floor scales, flow meters, and load cells
- Proficiency with basic computer systems and navigating multiple software applications
- Strong attention to detail with a focus on accuracy and inventory control
- Forklift or industrial truck certification, or ability to obtain certification

Salary Range: 34,916.00 - 49,880.00 USD
