What You’ll Do
- Set up, operate, and adjust printing and gluing equipment
- Load materials and monitor production flow
- Inspect product for quality (color, clarity, accuracy)
- Perform basic maintenance and cleaning
- Use forklifts, pallet jacks, or overhead cranes (training provided)
- Complete computer data entry for orders and production tracking
- Maintain a clean, safe work area on the production floor
What We’re Looking For
- Manufacturing experience preferred
- Ability to stand, lift up to 50 lbs, bend, twist, and work 12-hour shifts
- Comfortable working with tools and machinery
- Willing and able to work overtime, nights, and weekends
- Strong attention to detail, reliability, and teamwork
