Production Operator

About the role

Our products are found in various applications such as motorcycles, conveyor belts, cars, tractors, blenders, vacuum cleaners, bicycles, and 3D printers.

Responsibilities

• Perform physical tasks, lifting up to 40 lbs.
• Work ANY shift
• Work 40 hours per week, plus overtime, with reliable and consistent attendance
• Maintain quality standards while working in a fast-paced environment
• Monitor machine gauges to ensure quality control
• Prioritize safety in a cooperative and considerate work environment

Requirements

• Able to perform physical tasks, lifting up to 40 lbs.
• Willing to work ANY shift
• Able to work 40 hours per week, plus overtime, with reliable and consistent attendance
• Able to maintain quality standards while working in a fast-paced environment
• Basic reading, math, computer, and measurement skills required

• Good communication skills, with the ability to carry out written and verbal instruction
