Production Operator

Work You'll Do

• Operate sewing machines, power trucks, and hand tools.
• Manufacture items according to latest drawings and specifications based on customer requirements.
• Thread machines, wind bobbins, adjust tensions, cut, and oil parts.
• Receive, unpack, inspect, assemble, disassemble, rework, pack, and palletize component parts and finished ammunition.
• Inspect products for accuracy and ensure there are no damages or discrepancies.
• Operate hand or power trucks and tools to stow, stack, or prepare for shipment.
• Perform other duties as assigned or requested.

Qualifications

• Good manual dexterity and general good physical condition.
• Ability to work with small parts.
• Reading and math skills at an entry level.
• Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds.

Additional Information

Shift differential for 2nd and 3rd shifts.

This role is for candidates who have:

• An HS Diploma/GED.
• Prior sewing experience.
• A valid driver's license (preferred).
• A great attitude and team player.
• Successful completion of a background screening process.

The salary range for this role is $38,480 annually. Final offer amount may vary based on factors including experience and geographic location. Additional job-related requirements may apply as part of the selection process.
