Production Operator
Work You'll Do
- Operate sewing machines, power trucks, and hand tools.
- Manufacture items according to latest drawings and specifications based on customer requirements.
- Thread machines, wind bobbins, adjust tensions, cut, and oil parts.
- Receive, unpack, inspect, assemble, disassemble, rework, pack, and palletize component parts and finished ammunition.
- Inspect products for accuracy and ensure there are no damages or discrepancies.
- Operate hand or power trucks and tools to stow, stack, or prepare for shipment.
- Perform other duties as assigned or requested.
Qualifications
- Good manual dexterity and general good physical condition.
- Ability to work with small parts.
- Reading and math skills at an entry level.
- Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds.

Additional Information
Shift differential for 2nd and 3rd shifts.
This role is for candidates who have:
- An HS Diploma/GED.
- Prior sewing experience.
- A valid driver's license (preferred).
- A great attitude and team player.
- Successful completion of a background screening process.
The salary range for this role is $38,480 annually. Final offer amount may vary based on factors including experience and geographic location. Additional job-related requirements may apply as part of the selection process.
