Responsibilities

• Equipment Operation - Run and monitor automated SMT (Surface Mount Technology) lines and assembly equipment
• Quality Control - Perform visual inspections, tests, and quality checks on assembled circuit boards
• Material Handling - Manage component inventory, kit parts, and maintain organized workstation areas
• Process Optimization - Follow standard operating procedures and suggest improvements to enhance efficiency
• Maintenance - Perform routine maintenance, troubleshoot basic issues, and coordinate with technical teams
• Documentation - Record production data, track metrics, and maintain accurate work logs
• Safety Compliance - Adhere to safety protocols and maintain a clean, organized work environment

Requirements

• Strong attention to detail and pride in quality work
• Comfortable with technology and learning new automated systems
• Ability to follow detailed procedures and think critically about process improvements
• Good teamwork skills
• Physical capability to stand for extended periods and handle small components
• Positive attitude and ability to adapt to changing priorities

Qualifications

• No direct experience with electronics manufacturing is necessary, but curiosity and willingness to learn are valued
• Nice to have: Experience in manufacturing, electronics assembly, or working with automated equipment; technical training or certifications in manufacturing or electronics
