Responsible for managing test integration processes to ensure successful program execution.
Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain test plans and procedures
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to resolve issues and improve test efficiency
- Ensure compliance with all regulatory and contractual requirements
- Lead project teams in executing complex test scenarios
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in engineering or related field
- Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in program management or similar role
- Strong leadership and interpersonal skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
Qualifications
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite
- Experience with project management tools such as JIRA or Microsoft Project
- Knowledge of industry standards and best practices in program management
