Production Operator

About the role

The Production Operator role at 3M offers competitive pay starting at $24.30 and can go up to $29.34/hour once certified. Medical, vision, dental, and life insurance starts on your first day. Requirements

• Possess a High School Diploma/GED or higher.
• Minimum six (6) months of manufacturing experience.
• Must be able to work overtime, weekends, and holidays as scheduled, working 8 to 12 consecutive hours per day on a weekly fixed schedule (e.g., 3pm-11pm, 11pm-7am, and 7pm-7am).

• Ability to use and operate computers to run processes.
