Production Operator - All Shifts

Immediate 90-day contract-to-hire positions available. Must be able to start this week.

Pay

$16.50 per hour

Schedule

• A Crew: 6:00am - 2:00pm Monday through Friday, weekends and overtime mandatory as scheduled
• B Crew: 2:00pm - 10:00pm Monday through Friday, weekends and overtime mandatory as scheduled
• C Crew: 10:00pm - 6:00am Sunday through Thursday, weekends and overtime mandatory as scheduled

Responsibilities

• Operate manufacturing equipment and assemble, fasten, and fit automotive components (e.g., interior systems such as instrument panels, door panels) according to standardized work instructions and safety protocols
• Perform quality inspections using gauges
• Adhere to Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE) requirements, including wearing proper PPE and complying with EMS procedures
• Maintain production speeds, troubleshoot minor equipment issues, and perform routine maintenance or tool changes
• Record production data, report issues to team leaders, and maintain a clean, organized work area (5S)
• Position may require working in any area within the facility

Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED equivalent
• Previous manufacturing or production experience is often preferred
• Ability to read and follow work instructions, good manual dexterity, and basic troubleshooting skills
• Ability to lift, bend, and stand for long periods

Work Environment

• Automotive manufacturing plant (assembly line)
• Shifts may include mandatory overtime and weekends
