Production Operator - 3rd Shift Sunday - Thursday

About the role

The Assistant Formulation Operator is a front-line manufacturing role responsible for safely and effectively operating equipment, processing raw materials, and producing finished agricultural chemicals such as fertilizers, herbicides, fungicides, and insecticides.

Responsibilities

• Safely operate and control equipment and instrumentation in the assigned manufacturing unit.
• Maintain and monitor process equipment in accordance with established procedures.
• Maintain and improve safety in the unit, including housekeeping in operating areas.
• Receive and process raw materials to produce finished products at specified quality levels.
• Support and adhere to Responsible Care principles, ensuring environmental, health, safety, and security standards.
• Perform additional tasks as assigned by supervisors or managers.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Willingness to work overtime to support continuous operations as needed.
• Strong commitment to safety and a positive attitude.
• Willingness to learn and ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
• Manufacturing experience is preferred but not required.
