Production Operator - 3rd Shift

Role Overview: Responsible for operating various manufacturing, packaging, and shipping equipment to produce high-quality products, following standard operating procedures and maintaining safety standards. Key Duties Set up and operate presses, including loading stock, mounting plates, adjusting ink and water levels, and ensuring correct registration and attributes.Interpret order instructions to meet quality and production requirements, including color matching and attribute adjustments.Troubleshoot mechanical issues, perform adjustments, and conduct preventative maintenance to ensure optimal equipment performance.Work collaboratively within a team to meet daily production goals while adhering to safety and quality standards. Qualifications & Skills Must be 18 years or older.High school diploma or GED preferred, with at least 1 year of experience in printing or similar equipment.Basic mechanical skills, knowledge of printing processes, and familiarity with ink usage.Strong attention to detail, basic math, reading, and computer skills.Ability to troubleshoot and perform routine maintenance on equipment.
