Production Operator - 3rd Shift

Role Overview

Responsible for operating various manufacturing, packaging, and shipping equipment to produce high-quality products, following standard operating procedures and maintaining safety standards.

Key Duties

• Set up and operate presses, including loading stock, mounting plates, adjusting ink and water levels, and ensuring correct registration and attributes.
• Interpret order instructions to meet quality and production requirements, including color matching and attribute adjustments.
• Troubleshoot mechanical issues, perform adjustments, and conduct preventative maintenance to ensure optimal equipment performance.
• Work collaboratively within a team to meet daily production goals while adhering to safety and quality standards.

Qualifications & Skills

• Must be 18 years or older.
• High school diploma or GED preferred, with at least 1 year of experience in printing or similar equipment.
• Basic mechanical skills, knowledge of printing processes, and familiarity with ink usage.
• Strong attention to detail, basic math, reading, and computer skills.
• Ability to troubleshoot and perform routine maintenance on equipment.
