Responsibilities
- Ensure safety compliance and adhere to quality standards and SOPs
- Maintain cleanliness in the production area
- Operate machinery and perform packaging tasks
- Collaborate with team members to meet production demands
- Adapt to changing production requirements
Requirements
- Must be at least 18 years old
- Minimum of 1 year of work experience
- Basic computer and math skills
- Ability to read and follow instructions
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
Preferred Experience
- Manufacturing environment
- Machine operation
- Forklift experience
Physical Requirements
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
- Perform active movements (e.g., standing, bending, reaching)
- Work in varied temperature zones
- Wear required personal protective equipment (PPE)
