Production Operator - 3rd Shift

About the role

The Assembly Producer will operate a press or assemble parts to form complete units or subassemblies at a press, filling machine, or conveyor line. This position is responsible for accurately and thoroughly completing and maintaining all daily paperwork associated with the assembly process.

Responsibilities

• Read gauges and record findings
• Measure sizes of parts in millimeters
• Use a computer, especially SAP, OEE, and label programs
• Maintain attention to detail and a high quality orientation
• Move product, material, and/or equipment to and from designated areas
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe working environment in accordance with 5S standards
• Safely and efficiently operate all machinery
• Perform work in an environmentally conscious manner and reduce waste
• Work all designated shifts
• Maintain an excellent attendance record
• Work in a team environment
• Perform other duties as assigned

Requirements

• Ability to read gauges and record findings
