Production Operator - 3rd Shift

Almac Group is seeking a 3rd shift Production Operator for our Souderton, PA location. This role involves performing assigned functions in refrigerated (2-8°C), frozen (-20°C), and ambient conditions to support cold chain material packaging, labeling, and assembly while maintaining product quality and patient safety.

About the role

Employees may be required to work in Primary Packaging Rooms (exposed product) and Secondary Packaging Rooms (no exposed product) as needed. Shift hours are 11:00 PM – 7:10 AM.

Responsibilities

• Package, label, and assemble materials in refrigerated (2-8°C), frozen (-20°C), and ambient conditions as detailed in batch documents, following ALMAC Clinical Services SOPs and cGMPs.
• Perform thorough, routine cleaning of equipment and packaging rooms in refrigerator and/or freezer areas according to SOPs and cGMPs.
• Complete all appropriate log books and cleaning system forms per SOPs.
• Count and record materials required for packaging operations.
• Inspect and monitor the quality of processed and assembled materials.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED (required).
• Minimum one year of work experience (required).
• Experience in a pharmaceutical or similar GMP environment (preferred).
