Production Operator - 3rd shift 8 hours (M-F)

3rd shift
Sunday - Thursday, 10:45 pm - 7:00 am (Weekly shift begins on Sunday at 10:45 pm and ends on Friday at 7:00 am)
Voluntary overtime available.
Shift differentials are provided.

Responsibilities

• Key team member for the manufacture of plastic materials used in medical, regulated, personal care, and various other products you may personally use every day!
• Positions are available for blending and machine operation on second and third shifts.
• Sign-on Bonuses: $250 after 30 days of employment, $250 after 90 days of employment, $500 after 180 days of employment

Requirements

• Must be 18 years of age or older
• Basic math skills
• Able to follow both written and verbal instructions
• Verification of manufacturing numbers including item numbers, lot numbers and quantities
• Legibly document production information on required paperwork
• Maintain a clean work environment
• Work well alone and with others
• Monitor personal safety along with the safety of other team members

Qualifications

• Blending operations
• Extruder operations
• Troubleshooting skills
• Mechanical abilities
• Leadership skills
• Adhere to proper and safe fork truck operation

Skills

• Ability to lift items up to 55 lbs
• Able to stand for prolonged periods
• Required to climb, bend, and stretch regularly
