Production Operator - 3rd Shift Job

Key Responsibilities

• Operate equipment including Mixers, Blenders, Packaging lines, Forklifts, Palletizers and Basic Hand Tools.
• Follow process batch sheets to produce quality products.
• Participate in Bostik's Safety programs to achieve objective of safe behavior and Zero Incidents.
• Work with the Team to meet plant/shift objectives.
• Follow all plant policies and procedures.

Qualifications

• A High School Diploma or Equivalency is required.
• Some technical training or college education is preferred.
• Industrial process maintenance experience is highly valued.
• Experience is preferred but not required.
• Good written, verbal, and communication skills are required.
• Basic computer skills are required.
