About the role

The Formulation Operator performs manufacturing processes by handling raw materials, mixing ingredients, operating machinery, and packaging final agricultural chemical products such as fertilizers, herbicides, fungicides, and insecticides.

Responsibilities

• Safely and effectively operate and control equipment and instrumentation in the assigned manufacturing unit.
• Receive and process raw materials using chemical reactions and manufacturing operations to produce finished products at the specified quality level.
• Support and adhere to Responsible Care principles and applicable requirements, protecting the environment and ensuring health, safety, and security.
• Perform additional work as assigned by the supervisor or manager.
• Assist in the formulation of agricultural chemicals, making necessary adjustments to equipment.
• Use forklifts to move drums, totes, and pallets.
• Meet quality standards without delaying production.
• Maintain a clean and safe workplace.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Willingness to work overtime to support continuous operations as needed.
• Strong commitment to safety.
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
• Manufacturing experience is preferable.
