Production Operator - 2nd Shift

About the role

The primary function is to produce quality products with minimum scrap in a team-oriented environment with growth potential.

Responsibilities

• Set up equipment and complete changeovers timely
• Produce and use Material Identification labels
• Identify quality material prior to packaging
• Follow all safety procedures, rules, and guidelines; and notify supervisor of any existing or potential safety issues
• Attend work on time and for scheduled hours each day
• Maintain the work area in a neat and orderly condition in compliance with 5S Standards
• Promote teamwork by cooperating and supporting co-workers
• Willing to work overtime including weekends

Requirements

• One or more years of experience in a manufacturing environment
• High School or GED preferred
• Must be able to lift a minimum of 55 lbs. on an infrequent basis

Pay

Hourly Rate: $18/hr. + $1/hr. shift differential

Schedule

2nd Shift: Monday–Friday, 2pm to 10pm (overtime potential)
