Responsibilities

• Responsible for running various equipment to assist with manufacturing, packaging, and shipping a quality product to the customer.
• Tasks include running sheet fed, digital presses, bindery equipment, other processing equipment, and shipping/packing.
• Follow standard operating procedures and processes to ensure quality of the orders produced, while working in a team environment to achieve daily goals.
• Run mostly standard work; basic manual numbering may be required.
• Perform automated or basic setups and changeovers as required.
• Set up press: identify and load correct stock, set correct paper path and stretch, mount plates, perform die registration, adjust ink and water levels, assure accurate single-color register, set up attribute functions (e.g., perforations, numbering, file holes, thermo unit).
