About the role
We're seeking dedicated Production Operators to join our team on 2nd shift to play a key role in our manufacturing success.
What You'll Do
- Operate production lines, adhering strictly to Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for optimal product quality.
- Accurately record hourly readings and all necessary process information, ensuring meticulous documentation.
- Perform minor maintenance tasks to maintain line efficiency and minimize downtime.
- Prepare and pack out finished products for shipment, ensuring they are ready for delivery.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area at the end of each shift, promoting a safe and efficient workplace.
- Safely load and offload materials using a forklift, contributing to efficient material handling.
- Provide coverage and support to other team members as needed, fostering a collaborative work environment.

What You'll Bring
- Proven Forklift Experience: Minimum of 2 years preferred.
- Basic Computer Skills: Some familiarity with computers to assist with record keeping and potential system interaction.
- Excellent Time Management Skills and Adaptability: Ability to manage your time effectively and adapt to changing production needs in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong Attention to Detail and Problem-Solving Skills: Ensuring accuracy in production and effectively troubleshooting issues when they arise.
- Clear Communication: Good written and verbal communication skills are essential for collaborating with team members and following procedures.
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent.
- Reliable Transportation: Hold a valid driver's license and have dependable transportation to ensure punctuality for shifts.
- Commitment to Safety: Must be clean-shaven daily for mandatory respirator use.
