About the Role
As a Production Operator you will be a crucial part of our operations, ensuring that a quality product is available to our customers when they need them. Your work will directly affect people's lives!
Responsibilities
- Load correct programs into computer for setup and running
- Set up equipment to standard for each individual pattern being processed
- Monitor parts in process and verify meets requirements
- Adjust during runs to keep parts within specifications
- Make detailed checks and adjustments to within thousandths of an inch
- Ability to read calipers, micrometers, Ohme and resistance meters
Qualifications
- Willing to work overtime as needed
- 95% of time standing with some walking
- Frequent lifting up to 50LBS
Pay
- Starting Pay: $23.46
- After Step 1: $32.09 after Step 1 of the training is complete
Schedule
- 2nd Shift: 2-10:30p Monday-Friday
- 3rd Shift: 10p-6:30a
- 6PM to 6AM - 24/7 schedule: 3 days on 2 days off, 2 days on 3 days off, 2 days on, 2 days off, 3 days on
