Job Responsibilities
- Process quality film safely in a manufacturing work environment following established processes and procedures.
- Certify and learn job according to training documentation and certify to required level.
Knowledge / Skills / Experience
- High School diploma or GED from a school accredited by the U.S. Department of Education or state/country of residence
- Must be able to pass on-the-job training requirements which may include physical – lifting, pushing and pulling, computer-based safety training, and forklift training.
- Must be dependable and able to work in team-based environment.
- Good written and verbal communication skills.
- Must have a strong desire to learn and progress within a manufacturing environment.
- Computer skills
- Must be able to pass post-offer onboarding requirements which include hair and urine drug screen, background check, pre-employment physical exams
- Able to work 12 hour rotating shifts which include 4 days on/4 days off and 4 weeks on day shift/4 weeks on night shift.
- Must be able to legally work in the United States without sponsorship
- Must be 18 years of age or older

Pay
The starting pay for this position is $25.30 with open progression to $34.55 depending on job certification and job assignment. Factors such as scope and responsibilities of the position, candidate's work experience, education/training, job-related skills, internal peer equity, as well as market and business considerations may influence base pay offered. This salary will be subject to a geographic adjustment (according to a specific city and state), if an authorization is granted to work outside of the location listed in this posting.
Schedule
- Able to work 12 hour rotating shifts which include 4 days on/4 days off and 4 weeks on day shift/4 weeks on night shift.
