Basic Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree from an accredited university.
- At least 5 years of experience in Project and/or Program Management in a manufacturing environment.
- Experience in leading multi-discipline teams.
- Cost account management experience.
- LSS certification or significant training.
- Transitioning programs from Development to Production and experience in Ramp to Rate activities.
- Able to obtain Secret clearance, US citizenship is required.
Job Description
You will be a Production Operations Program Lead at the Santa Barbara Focalplane site. Our team is responsible for delivering high-quality infrared products and services for Lockheed Martin and other customers.
What You Will Be Doing:
- Oversee and manage operational aspects of projects, serving as liaison between project management, planning, project team, and line management.
- Review project status and budgets.
- Manage schedules and prepare status reports.
- Assess project issues and develop resolutions to meet productivity, quality, and client-satisfaction goals.
- Develop mechanisms for monitoring project progress and intervene with project managers, line managers, and clients.
