Production Operations Lead

About the role

As a Production Operations Lead, you will play a key role in delivering customer and participant communications across print, direct mail, digital, and fulfillment channels. You will partner with internal stakeholders, creative teams, and external vendors to coordinate end-to-end production and distribution activities that support our mission of making decisions easier and lives better. This role offers the opportunity to influence how customer communications are produced and delivered while developing expertise in project management, vendor management, print production, and fulfillment operations within a collaborative and fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end production projects across print, direct
