About the role
MCC (Multi‑Color Corporation) is expanding our production teams in York, PA, and has recently increased hourly pay rates to better reward skilled, reliable manufacturing professionals. Multiple full‑time, onsite opportunities are available across printing, finishing, quality, and production support with consistent schedules and opportunities for internal growth.

Types of roles
We’re hiring across the production floor, including but not limited to:
- Machine Operators (Printing & Finishing)
- Slitter/Rewind Operators
- Production & Manufacturing Support
- Quality & Inspection‑related roles
- Entry‑level manufacturing roles with training provided
Applicants will be considered for the role that best fits their experience and interests.
Requirements
- Experience in manufacturing, printing, packaging, warehousing, or production environments is helpful but not required for all roles
- Strong attendance and reliability
- Willingness to work in a hands‑on, fast‑paced production setting
- Comfort with standing, walking, and lifting (up to 50 lbs) as required by role
- Basic math, measurement, and documentation skills
- Team‑oriented mindset and desire to learn
