Responsibilities

• Full responsibility for all aspects of the location’s production department
• Visiting work sites
• Directing and coordinating production schedules
• Ensuring customer satisfaction and soliciting new business
• Supporting the Branch Manager and improving performance, productivity, efficiency and profitability through effective methods and strategies
• Managing a team and monitoring processes and procedures for job activities performed by installers
• Responsible for all aspects of human resources: interviewing, hiring, onboarding, performance management and development
• Soliciting new business at required margin levels while maintaining existing business
• Travel required: local,
