Production Manager - Residential Remodeling

About the role

We’re looking for an experienced Production Manager to lead residential remodeling projects from start to finish. This is a hands-on field leadership position where you'll play an active role on the jobsite while managing crews, coordinating trade partners, and ensuring every project is completed with exceptional quality, efficiency, and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Take ownership of day-to-day field operations
• Blend strong leadership with hands-on carpentry expertise and effective jobsite management
• Ensure projects are completed on schedule
• Maintain high workmanship standards
• Create a positive, productive experience for both clients and team members

Qualifications

• Proven experience in residential remodeling or related field
• Strong leadership skills and hands-on carpentry expertise
• Experience managing teams and coordinating trade partners
• Exceptional attention to detail and quality control
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously

Pay

$40+ hourly
